How long does it take to get set up?
The typical lead time is around two weeks, and a lot of the time we can do it much quicker.
Do you need to come to my business to install it?
The system is designed to be simple to set up. Plug in the power and an internet cable, switch it on, then give us a call and we'll do the rest.
Can the system be customised?
Yes. Systems can be customised to your requirements with additional hardware and your own logo.
Can I add kiosks, kitchen displays or scales?
Yes. Alongside the core packages we supply self-ordering kiosks, kitchen displays, order tracking displays, LCD pole displays, kitchen and label printers, barcode scanners, scales and cash registers. Add what you need in the quote builder and we'll include it in your quote.
Do you offer table ordering?
Yes — table ordering services are available for hospitality businesses.
Do you provide online ordering and payment solutions?
Yes. We offer no-fee online ordering for restaurants and takeaways, card payment terminals to go with your EPOS, and ecommerce payments for your website, payment links and phone orders. Add them in the quote builder and we'll include them in your quote.
